Thrive Active NW CIC

Thrive Active NW Community Interest Company exists to ensure everyone, regardless of age, ability, or background, has equal opportunities to be active, healthy, and connected. We deliver inclusive physical activity and wellbeing programmes that support both physical and mental health, while tackling loneliness and social isolation. Our work is vital because many people face barriers to accessing traditional fitness or community services, particularly those living with long-term health conditions or low confidence. By creating safe, welcoming spaces led by qualified professionals, we help individuals build confidence, improve wellbeing, and feel part of their community—often for the first time in years.
